Abstract:
The chemical oxygen demand (COD) of waste emulsion from double cold rolling (DCR) is as high as 20000mg/L above. Polyferric chloride has been prepared by oxidation from old rolled steel acid waste at normal temperature and applied to the treatment of waste emulsion from DCR. The results show that the deemulsification effect is good. To treat 200mL waste emulsion from DCR, the optimum conditions are 2.0mL 10% polyferric chloride, 0.15 mL 0.1% PAM, pH about 8.0 and 20 min precipitation time. The removal rate of COD can reach 95%. It provides convenient conditions for the succeeding treatment.

摘要:
二次冷轧过程产生的DCR废乳化液COD高达20000mg/L以上,选择以酸洗废液为原料采用常温氧化法制备的聚合氯化铁,应用于DCR乳化废液的处理。试验结果表明,使用酸洗废液制备的聚合氯化铁对DCR乳化废液具有良好的破乳作用。用聚合氯化铁处理200mLDCR废乳化液的最佳条件为:10%聚合氯化铁的用量为2mL,助凝剂0.1%的PAM的用量为0.15mL,pH为8左右,沉降时间20min,COD去除率可以达到95%以上,为后续处理创造了便利条件。
