中水回用电厂循环冷却水杀菌剂的优化

Abstract:

The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank at the wastewater treatment plant of a power plant in Inner Mongolia is used as makeup water of circulating cooling system.The composite bactericide has been used for controlling microorganisms.The optimal composite bactericide formula obtained through orthogonal test consists of 0.3 mL/L of sodium hypochlorite,l.5 mL/L of bromo-geramine and 0.1 mL/L of isothiazolinones.The results show that this composite bactericide formula has high bactericidal rate and 90% of bactericidal rate can last longer than 36 h,whereas bactericidal rate of single bactericidal chemical decreases significantly in 24-36 h.And,the dosage of the composite bactericide is less than the optimal dosages of all other formulae with single component.

摘要:

内蒙古某热电厂以污水处理厂二沉池出水为循环冷却水补水,使用复配杀菌剂控制其中的微生物。正交实验得出复方杀菌剂的最佳配方为次氯酸钠0.3 mL/L,新洁尔灭1.5 mL/L,异噻唑啉酮0.1 mL/L。结果表明,该复方杀菌剂的杀菌率高,且90%以上的较好杀菌率持续时间长达90 h以上,99%以上的高效杀菌率可维持36 h之多,而单一药剂的杀菌率在24~36 h时即显著下降,且该复配药剂的使用量小于其中任一单一药剂的最佳剂量。
