制氧循环水系统低温结垢研究及水处理技术应用

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of low-temperature scaling in circulating water systems at oxygen producing factories,suitable water treatment chemicals and water stabilizing technology have been used for avoiding the blocking phenomenon occurring to some critical equipments in pre-cooling systems at oxygen producing factories,such as air cooling towers and water cooling towers etc. The practice proves that the water treatment chemicals used and corresponding techniques have pretty good efficiencies in ensuring the long-term running with stability and safety for the circulating water systems at oxygen producing factories.

摘要:

针对制氧厂循环水系统出现的低温结垢问题,采用合理的水处理药剂及水质稳定技术,避免制氧循环水系统中的空冷塔、水冷塔等预冷系统关键设备发生结垢堵塞现象,实践证明所用水处理药剂及相应水处理技术效果良好,可保障制氧循环水系统长周期安全稳定运行。
