三聚氰胺荧光熄灭法测定Ag(Ⅰ)的研究

Abstract:

A fluorometric method for the determination of Ag(Ⅰ) has been set up,according to the effect of Ag(Ⅰ)on the fluorescence quenching of melamine.In the HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH=5.0, the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of melamine are found to be 256.0 nm,363.0 nm, respectively.The linear range of determination for Ag(Ⅰ)is 2.0×10-6- 2.4×10-2 mol/L,with a detection limit of 4.3×10-7mol/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Ag(Ⅰ)in fixer waste samples,and the results are satisfactory

摘要:

基于Ag(Ⅰ)对三聚氰胺的荧光熄灭作用,建立了测定Ag(Ⅰ)的荧光分析方法。在pH 为5.0 的HAc-NaAc 缓冲体系中,测定的最大激发波长λex 为256.0 nm,最大发射波长λem为363.0 nm,线性范围为2.0×10-6 ~2.4×10-2 mol/L,检出限为4.3×10-7 mol/L。将其用于废定影液中痕量Ag(Ⅰ) 的测定,结果满意。
