Research on the pilot-scale test of the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by anaerobic baffled reactor

折流板厌氧反应器处理印染废水中试研究

Abstract: The anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) possesses a series of advantages such as good stability,strong resistance against shock loading,high efficiency and so on. Under the condition of HRT=11 h,a pilot-scale test is conducted by applying ABR to the hydrolytic treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,determining the removal efficiency of ABR in terms of COD,chromaticity,SS, and so on. The results show that COD is efficiently reduced through ABR while B/C proportion increases to a certain degree. After subsequent aerobic treatment,the COD of the final effluent keeps at around 100 mg/L.

摘要: 折流板厌氧反应器具有运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强、处理效率高等优点。采用ABR水解处理印染废水,在HRT=11 h的条件下对ABR进行中试研究,测定了ABR对COD、色度、SS等的去除效果。结果表明,ABR对COD的去除效果明显,同时经其处理后B/C有一定程度增加,后续经好氧处理后最终出水COD可达100 mg/L左右。
