Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of poly-formaldehyde (POM wastewater,an advanced treatment process of synergistic ozone catalytic oxidation has been put forward. The biochemical effluent of a POM plant is the object of this experimental study. In the first place,the wastewater should be pretreated. And then in the case of adding auxi-liary for enhancing the effect,the research on ozone catalytic oxidation has been carried out. The results show that the CODCrof raw water is from 98[()150 m/L,but after it is treated by ozone catalytic oxidation the CODCr. of effluent is less than or equal to 50 mg/L,reaching the Standard A,Grade One of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).

摘要:
针对聚甲醛废水的水质特点,提出了增效催化臭氧化的深度处理工艺。选用某聚甲醛企业废水处理的生化出水做为试验研究对象,首先对废水进行预处理,然后在投加助剂增效的条件下,进行了催化臭氧化试验研究。试验结果表明,当原水COD Cr为98~150 mg/L时,经增效催化臭氧化处理后的出水COD Cr≤50 mg/L,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级标准A标准的要求。
