含双键咪唑啉双季铵盐的合成与性能研究

Abstract:

The new type of double quaternary ammonium salt containing double bond imidazoline has been synthe-sized by using palmitic acid , diethylene triamine and allyl bromide as raw materials by orthogonal tests. The optimal synthetic conditions of the product are as follows:2-pentadecyl一1-amino ethyl imidazoline and allyl bromide molar ratio is 1:2.3,solvent is xylene,and reflux reaction is 12 h. Under these conditions , the yield is 84.7%.The rotary coupon method and plate count method are used respectively in the research on corrosion inhibiting capacity and sterilization capacity. The results show that under certain experimental conditions,the inhibition rate of this product on steel A3 is 57.87%,and the sterilization rate of E. cola is 98.8%.

摘要:

以软脂酸、二乙烯三胺和溴丙烯为原料,合成了一种新型含双键的十五烷基咪唑啉双季铵盐,通过正交实验筛选的最佳合成条件是:2-十五烷基-1-胺乙基咪唑啉中间体和溴丙烯的物质的量比为1∶2.3,溶剂为二甲苯,回流反应时间为12 h,在此条件下,收率为84.7%。采用旋转挂片法和平皿计数法分别对产物的缓蚀性能和杀菌性能进行了研究。结果表明,在一定的实验条件下,产物对A3钢的缓蚀率可达57.87%,对大肠杆菌的杀灭率可达98.8%。
