邻菲啰啉分光光度法测定离子交换树脂中铁

Abstract:

Through optimization of digestion method of iron-containing sample in ion exchange resin,the determination of iron content in ion exchange resin by o-phenanthroline photometry has been established.The effects of sample digestion method,acid varieties,digestion time,and interference of co-existing ions on the determination are studied.The results show that iron extraction rate can reach 97%,when wet resin is heated and digested directly for 20 min with nitrate in water bath.Recovery rate is between 92%-105%,and RSD 3.2%.The method is simple,rapid,and practical.

摘要:

通过对用于提取离子交换树脂中铁的消解方法的选择,建立了邻菲啰啉分光光度法测定树脂中铁含量的方法。研究了样品消解方式、酸的品种、消解时间、共存离子干扰对测定的影响。结果表明:湿树脂直接采用硝酸水浴加热消解20 min,铁的提取率可达到97%。方法回收率为92%~105%,RSD为3.2%。该法简单快速,实用性强。
