改性胶原蛋白阻垢剂的制备及阻磷酸钙垢性能

Abstract:

The new-type of protein-based scale inhibitor has been prepared by carboxyl modification with hydrolyzedprotein which was extracted from abandoned chrome-shavings. The effects of inhibitor structure and dosage on calci-um phosphate scale inhibiting efficiency are investigated by treating the simulated alkaline water with this scale in-hibitor,in order to carry on calcium phosphate scale inhibition tests for simulated alkaline water. The experimentalresults show that the modified collagen inhibitor has excellent calcium-phosphate inhibiting capability. Scanningelectron microscope(SEM)images show that the main mechanisms of scale inhibition is dispersion,as well as thedistortion effect of lattice,during the calcium phosphate scale forming process.

摘要:

对铬鞣废弃革屑水解提取的蛋白进行羧基化改性,可制得一种蛋白基的新型阻垢剂。使用该阻垢剂对模拟碱性水进行阻磷酸钙垢实验,考察了阻垢剂结构、用量对阻磷酸钙垢率的影响。实验结果表明,这类改性胶原蛋白阻垢剂具有优异的阻磷酸钙垢的性能,SEM分析显示,在磷酸钙垢形成过程中,分散作用以及对晶格的畸变效应是阻垢的主要机制。
