Abstract:

The potential analysis and optimization scheme of the water used in enterprises have been studied by means of water balance tests in CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.. According to the actual situation in the company,it is ascertained that the first thing is to implement the scheme of recovery processing and reuse of the concentrated demineralization water.By making use of part of demineralization facilities for the reclaimed water reuse in the original wastewater treatment,a considerable amount of investment can be saved.After the implementation of this scheme,the recovery processing of the concentrated water discharged from the demineralization station of the company is realized,and the treated water can be reused for the circulating water system as make-up water.A large amount of fresh water can be saved,making a great contribution to the water-saving and emission-reduction work of the company.

摘要：

中海石油中捷石化有限公司通过水平衡测试后对企业用水进行了潜力分析及优化方案研究。结合公司实际情况,决定首先实施除盐浓水回收处理及再回用项目,通过利旧原污水处理中水回用系统的部分除盐设施,节省了大量投资。项目完成后,实现了对公司除盐水站所排浓水的回收处理,回用至循环水系统作补水,节约了大量新鲜水,为公司节水减排工作做出巨大贡献。
