Abstract:
If the industrial wastewater containing high-concentration fluoride in a polysilicon plant was discharged directly without being treated, it would bring serious environmental hazards. A set of fluoride removing process has been established based on common industrial fluoride removing mechanisms, but the effluent fluoride could not reach the required discharge standards. Therefore, the process has been modified, and the parameters of Ca(OH)2, CaCl2, Al2(SO4)3, PAM, etc. adjusted and controlled, according to the running situation. The concentration of effluent fluoride ions is reduced greatly, and fluoride removing rate reaches 95% above.

摘要: 多晶硅厂的生产废水中含有较高浓度的氟化物,如不经处理直接排放会带来严重的环境危害。根据常见的工业除氟机理建设了一套除氟流程,但出水氟化物不能达标。于是根据运行情况对流程进行了改造,并通过对Ca(OH)2、CaCl2、Al2(SO4)3、PAM的加药量等参数的调整控制,使出水中的氟离子浓度大幅下降,去除率达到95%以上。
