Pilot-scale research on printing and dyeing wastewater

Abstract:

Based on the on-site practical survey of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment station, the problems have been summarized, and the pilot-scale test focusing on "biochemistry+ozone+RO" has been conducted. The results show that under the process conditions, the effluent from the system is steady. Both of the removing rates of COD and chroma can reach 95%. When the recovery rate is 50%, the RO effluent can completely meet the recycle requirements for the production. In addition, the RO concentrate can also meet the local discharge standard.

摘要:

通过对某印染废水处理站的现场实际调研,总结问题,进行了以“生化+臭氧+反渗透”为主的中试研究。结果表明:在采用该工艺的条件下,系统出水稳定,COD和色度的去除率均达到95%以上;回收率为50%的情况下,反渗透出水完全可以满足生产回用要求,同时反渗透浓水还可以达到当地排放标准。
