水解酸化+接触氧化+絮凝沉淀工艺处理中药废水实例

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater characteristics, combined with the practical experience of similar kind of wastewater stations at present, the integration process of hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidation has been put forward at the end, and the Chinese medicine wastewater is treated with the help of flocculation precipitation process. The running results show that the effluent COD, BOD5, NH3-N, and SS are 62, 18, 12, 50 mg/L, respectively. The final effluent water quality reaches the first grade standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).

摘要:

通过对中药废水特点的分析,结合现有同类污水站的实践经验,最终提出水解酸化与生物接触氧化法相结合,同时由絮凝沉淀工艺辅助处理中药废水。运行结果表明:出水COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS分别为62、18、12、50 mg/L,最终出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。
