Treatment of hydrosulfite wastewater by the combined process, pretreatment-ASBR-two-stage SBR

预处理—厌氧—两级SBR组合工艺处理保险粉废水

Abstract:

The combined process,pretreatment-ASBR-two-stage SBR has been used for treating hydrosulfite wastewater. The experimental results show that the pretreatment can improve the biodegradability of wastewater. When anaerobic system COD sludge load is at the most 0.5 kg/(kg·d),and the two-stage SBR aeration time are 11 h and 8 h respectively,the COD removing rates of anaerobic and two-stage SBR can reach 69% and 97%,respectively,the COD total removing rate of the combined process can reach 98%,and the effluent water quality can meet the second grade of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).

摘要:

采用预处理—厌氧—两级SBR组合工艺处理保险粉废水.试验研究结果表明:预处理可提高废水的可生化性;当厌氧系统COD污泥负荷(以VSS计)不超过0.5 kg/(kg·d),两级SBR曝气时间分别为11、8 h时, 厌氧及两级SBR 的COD去除率可分别达到69%、97%,组合工艺COD总去除率达到98%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准.
