Abstract:
The process,coagulation-hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-sand filtration-activated carbon adsorption,has been used for treating the wastewater from leather finishing,and the low temperature rapid start-up of this treatment project has been realized by taking the following measures: heat preservation,heating up,and adjustment of operation mode. The running practice indicates that the treatment effect of this project is good. It runs stably, and the treated effluent meets the water quality requirements for washing water and boiler make-up water specified in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard of Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923—2005). The treated effluent is reused in industrial production. The goals of environmental protection and water saving are achieved,and a certain economic profits are obtained.

摘要:
采用"混凝—水解酸化—接触氧化—砂滤—活性炭吸附"工艺处理皮革涂饰废水,通过采取保温、升温,调整运行方式等措施实现了该处理工程的低温快速启动.运行实践表明,该工程处理效果良好,运行稳定,处理出水达到《城市污水再生利用 工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)中洗涤用水、锅炉补给水水质要求.将处理出水回用于企业生产,达到了保护环境、节约用水的目的,并具有一定的经济效益.
