Abstract:
Taking the wastewater treatment project of a down jacket factory as an example, the application of hydro- lytic acidification-contact oxidation-inclined tube sedimentation-air floatation-disinfection-air flotation-filtration process to the down wastewater treatment is introduced. The wastewater quantity of the factory is 800 m3/d, its COD 800 mg/L, BOD5 450 mg/L, NH3-N 30 mg/L and SS 250 mg/L. After being treated, the COD, BOD5, NH3-N and SS of the effluent are 49.6, 9.6, 4.8 mg/L and 9.0 mg/L respectively. The effluent water quality can reach the requirements of the “Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standards”(CJ 25.1-89), and reuse in domestic miscellaneous water. The treatment cost is about 0.49 CNY/m3.

摘要:
以某羽绒服厂废水处理工程为例, 介绍了水解酸化-接触氧化-斜管沉淀-气浮-消毒-气浮-过滤工艺在羽绒废水处理中的应用。厂内废水量为800 m3/d,废水COD、BOD5、NH3-N和SS分别为800、450、30、250 mg/L,经处理后, 出水COD、BOD5、NH3-N和SS分别为49.1、9.6、4.8、9.0 mg/L,出水水质达到《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ25.1-89)的要求, 可回用作生活杂用水等。废水处理成本为0.49元/m3.
