Abstract:
The A/O bio-contact oxidation process has been used for treating the domestic sewage in a polysilicon plant. Combined with the subsequent coagulation sedimentation and filtration processes, the concentrations of main pollutants, such as COD, BOD, NH3-N and SS can be decreased to lower than 50, 10, 10, 10 mg/L, respectively, reaching the Reuse of Urhan Recycling Water—Quality Standard of Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T 18920—2002). The effluent can be used in landscape ponds, greenbelts, flushing toilets, etc. in the plant area. The amount of reclaimed water is about 9 500 m3 a month, i.e. CNY44 300 of water cost can averagely be saved every month. The water quality is real-time monitored and controlled through the PLC and online instruments. The system is characterized by simple operation and stable running, having obvious economic and environmental benefits.

摘要:
某多晶硅厂采用A/O生物接触氧化法处理生活污水, 联合后续的混凝沉淀和过滤工艺, 主要污染物COD、BOD、NH3-N、SS分别降至50、10、10、10 mg/L以下, 达到《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)要求。出水用于厂区的景观水池、绿化、冲厕等。该厂平均每月回用中水约9 500 m3, 可节省水费约4.43万元。系统通过PLC、在线仪表实时监控水质, 其操作方便、运行稳定, 具有明显的经济效益和环境效益。
