生物促生剂强化处理印染废水的中试研究

Abstract:

Adopting A/O techniques and contact oxidation method,the strengthened treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has been conducted by adding bio-energizer.The changes of COD,ammonia nitrogen,microorganism quantity and the wastewater ingredients before and after adding bio-energizer have been studied.The results show that,After adding 0.10% of bio-energizer,the effluent COD maintains at 100-200 mg/L,the removing rate is increased to 85% or so;ammonia nitrogen stays at 10-15 mg/L,the removing rate is increased to 75%-80%;and the microorganism quantity maintains at 4.5×108~4.8×108 CFU/mL.When the bio-energizer dosage is increased to 0.15%,the effluent COD is basically maintains at 100 mg/L,the removing rate is about 90%,and the microorganism quantity on the carrier is about 5.2×108 CFU/mL.There are only two kinds of substances in the effluent.Diisobutyl Phthalate is still the main residual substance,but its concentration has been reduced a lot,compared with what it was before adding bio-energizer.

摘要:

采用A/O工艺和接触氧化法,投加生物促生剂强化处理印染废水。研究了投加促生剂前后COD、氨氮、微生物数量、污水中成分的变化。结果表明投加0.10%促生剂,COD基本维持在100~200 mg/L,去除率提高到85%左右,氨氮稳定在10~15 mg/L,去除率提高到75%~80%,微生物数量维持在4.5×108~4.8×108 CFU/mL。当促生剂的投加量增加到0.15%时,出水COD基本保持在100 mg/L以下,去除率在90%左右,载体上微生物数量维持在5.2×108 CFU/mL。出水中主要物质有2种,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯仍然是主要残留物质,但浓度比投加前降低了很多。
