膜集成技术在药用纯化水制备中的应用

Abstract:

Using the tag water in Lanzhou City as the water source,the membrane integration technology,pretreatment+two-stage reverse osmosis(RO)+EDI+post-processing,has been applied to the preparation of ultra-pure water for medicinal use by a medical college in Lanzhou. Running results show that using the membrane integrated technology,two-stage RO+EDI technology for preparing ultra-pure water is feasible. The produced water reaches the National Standard of Water for Analytical Laboratory Use(GB/T 6682-2000),and the Purified Water Standards in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 Edition).

摘要:

兰州市某高校医学院以兰州市自来水为水源,采用预处理+二级反渗透(RO)+连续电除盐技术(EDI)+后处理的膜集成技术制取药用超纯水。运行结果表明,采用二级RO+EDI的膜集成技术制取药用超纯水是可行的,产品水达到分析实验室用水国家标准(GB/T 6682-2000)和中国药典(2010版)纯化水标准。
