Abstract:

The industrial wastewater of a bio-diesel project invested and constructed by an energy source company, Ltd., in Liaoning Province consists of oil-bearing wastewater, purification and salt-bearing wastewater, as well as other unforeseen wastewater.Through analysis on the product types of enterprise production and processing technology, it is determined that the pretreatment-A/O-MBBR-ozone catalytic oxidation-integration O3-BAF process should be used for treating the wastewater.The water quality of the effluent reaches the first level standard, specified in Liaoning Province Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB21/1627-2008).

摘要:

辽宁某能源有限公司投资建设的生物柴油项目生产废水包括含油污水、净化及含盐污水、以及不可预见的其他废水。通过对企业生产的产品类型及生产工艺分析,决定采用预处理-A/O-MBBR-臭氧催化氧化-一体化O3-BAF处理废水,出水水质达到《辽宁省废水综合排放标准》(DB21/1627-2008)一级标准。
