Study on the start-up and operation performances of Anammox process by the fixed bed reactor with mixed fillings

混合填料固定床Anammox工艺启动及运行性能研究

Abstract: The fixed bed reactor filled with mixed fillings consisting of honeycomb polyethylene fillings and ringed non- woven fillings has been used for investigating the start- up and operation performances of Anammox process. The influent NH4+-N and NO2--N in starting-up stage are 70 mg/L,respectively, HRT 48 h,and temperature 35℃. And,after cultured for 53 days,the reactor starts up successfully. During the starting- up stage (1-53 d),the maximum removing rates of NH4+-N,NO2--N,and total nitrogen are 90.24%,100% and 88.8%, respectively. During the load-increasing stage (55-87 d),the maximum total nitrogen loading rate is 0.31 kgN/(m3·d), and the maximum removing rate of total nitrogen is 0.25 kgN/(m3·d). Meanwhile,the corresponding removing rates of NH4+-N and NO2--N are 89.66% and 99.84%,respectively.

摘要: 采用蜂窝状聚乙烯填料和环型无纺布填料组合成的混合填料填充固定床反应器,考察了其Anammox工艺启动和运行性能。启动阶段进水NH4+-N和NO2--N分别为70 mg/L,HRT为48 h,温度为35℃,经过53 d培养,反应器成功启动。启动阶段(1~53 d)NH4+-N、NO2--N和总氮最大去除率分别为90.24%、100%和88.8%。负荷提升阶段(55~87 d)最大总氮负荷率和总氮去除速率分别为0.31 kgN/(m3·d)和0.25 kgN/(m3·d),此时,其相应的NH4+-N和NO2--N去除率分别为89.66%和99.84%。
