Feed water weak oxygenated treatment technology in the 600 MW supercritical unit and its application

600 MW超临界机组给水弱氧化处理技术及应用

Abstract: Weak oxygenated treatment(WOT)has been applied to the 600 MW supercritical once-through boiler unit. The micro oxygen accurate control method for high pressure feed water has been conducted,and the dis-solved oxygen at coal economizer inlet controlled at 10-20 μg/L. The effects of WOT is evaluated. During the two overhaul periods of the unit,both volatilized treatment(AVT(R))and weak oxygenated treatment(WOT)have been used,respectively. The scaling speed of the surfaces of boiler water screen and coal economizer,and the salt accumulation rates on the surfaces of turbine blades are contrasted. The results show that feed water WOT treatment can decrease the scaling speed and accumulation rates of the thermodynamic system with significant effects. The accurate control and optimum of DO capacity in oxygenated treatment mode are the key factors in achieving secure,economic and reliable operation of the unit.

摘要: 对600 MW超临界直流炉机组实施了给水弱氧化处理。对高压给水进行微氧精准控制,使省煤器入口溶氧在10~20 μg/L,并进行效果评估。在机组2个大修周期内,分别采用全挥发处理AVT(R)和弱氧化处理(WOT)2种工况,对比了水冷壁、省煤器的结垢速率和汽轮机叶片的积盐速率,结果表明:采用给水WOT处理可明显降低热力系统的结垢、积盐速率,效果显著。氧化性处理方式的溶解氧量精准控制与优化是实现机组安全、经济、稳定运行的关键因素之一。
