Abstract:
The zero discharge engineering of desulphurization wastewater in four coal-fired power plants(Heyuan Power Plant,Hengyi Power Plant,Changxing Power Plant,and Baotou Power Plant) is analyzed in respects of technology,investment,running costs and overall plans. The analytical results show that in China,the zero discharge engineering of desulphurization wastewater in power plants is still in its infancy,and the investment and running costs are on the high side. Among the four plants,the desulphurization wastewater zero discharge engineering projects of Changxing Power Plant,and Baotou Power Plant are more reasonable. It is suggested that the power plants should carry out the recycling and hierarchical utilization of water resources,so as to reduce the displacement of zero discharge engineering. In addition,on the basis of present technologies,it is necessary to seek for process routes of zero discharge which are appropriate for the practical situation of power plants,in order to reduce the costs of wastewater zero discharge,realizing the resource utilization of wastewater.

摘要: 从工艺、投资、运行费用以及整体方案方面对4个燃煤电厂(河源电厂、恒益电厂、长兴电厂、包头电厂)的脱硫废水零排放工程进行分析。分析表明,国内电厂的脱硫废水零排放工程处于起步阶段,投资和运行费用普遍偏高,其中,长兴电厂、包头电厂的脱硫废水零排放工程方案较为合理。建议电厂开展水资源循环利用、分级利用,减少零排放工程水量;并依据现有工艺探索适合电厂实际情况的零排放工艺路线,降低废水零排放成本,实现废水资源化。
