Research on iron with different valences for the enhancement of phosphorus removal by SBR

不同价态铁强化SBR除磷研究

Abstract: The sequencing batch reactor(SBR) has been used for the investigation of the influences of iron with different valences on the enhancement of phosphorus removing capability of SBR running in A/O mode,the reaction kinetics model and phosphorus removing mechanism of iron with different valences enhanced phosphorus removal have been discussed,and the economic analyses implemented. The results show that adding iron can effectively en-hance SBR phosphorus removing effect. When 90 g/L of Zero valent iron(sponge iron) and 25 mg/L of Fe(Ⅲ) are added,the average effluent TP are 0.47 mg/L and 0.42 mg/L,respectively,reaching the First Level A standard,specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant,when 25 mg/L of Fe(Ⅱ) is added,the average effluent TP is 0.59 mg/L.

摘要: 采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR),考察了不同价态铁对采用A/O模式运行的SBR强化除磷性能的影响,探讨了不同价态铁强化除磷的反应动力学模型及除磷机理,并进行了经济性分析。结果表明,投加铁可有效强化SBR除磷效果,当投加90 g/L零价铁(海绵铁)及25 mg/L Fe(Ⅲ)时,出水平均TP分别为0.47、0.42 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准;投加25 mg/L Fe(Ⅱ)时,出水平均TP为0.59 mg/L。
