Abstract:
The ozone oxidation+multimedium filter+UF+RO process has been used for the advanced treatment of biochemically treated wastewater in a wastewater workshop,and its treatment scale is 500 m3/h. The running results show that the membrane system works steadily,COD removing rate by ozone advanced oxidation is 67.0%,suspended solid removing rate by UF 83.3%,pollutant removing effect by RO is significant,electrical conductivity reduced to 86 μS/cm,hardness removing rate 98.1%, chlorine ion removing rate 95.1%, COD removing rate 98.3%, and total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen and suspended solids are almost removed completely. Its effluent meets the second-level RO influent requirements.

摘要: 利用臭氧高级氧化+多介质过滤+超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)工艺将污水车间已生化处理后的污水进行深度处理,处理规模为500 m3/h,运行结果表明:膜系统稳定,臭氧高级氧化对COD的去除率为67.0%,UF对悬浮物的去除率为83.3%,RO对污染物的去除效果显著,电导率降低至86 μS/cm,硬度去除率为98.1%,氯离子去除率为95.1%,COD去除率为98.3%,总磷、氨氮、悬浮物基本完全去除,出水达到了二级反渗透的进水要求。
