Pilot scale research on the advanced treatment of integrated circuit industrial tail water

集成电路工业尾水深度处理中试研究

Abstract: The tail water in an integrated circuit industrial wastewater treatment plant, Shenzhen, China, contains low-concentration organic matter,high-concentration of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,and total ammonia,and the BOD5/COD is lower than 0.3, and C/N lower than 1.3. The tail water falls into low C/N refractory biodegraded wastewater. The pilot scale enhanced biological advanced treatment of the tail water has been accomplished by the combined system, ecological-A/O biological contact oxidation. The results from the research show that the optimal operation parameters of the reaction system are as follows,C/N is 2.0 and HRT 12.4 h. Under these conditions, and after the system runs for 60 days, the removing rates of COD,ammonia and total nitrogen(TN) can reach 82.7%,84.3% and 65.9%,respectively. The removing rates of COD and TN are 10% and 45%, respectively, higher than that of the effluent from the present actual and advanced treatment project. The aquatic plants in the reaction system grow well,the membrane forming mode of plant root system and biological filler microbes are good, and the quantity of microbes are large.

摘要: 深圳市某集成电路工业尾水中有机物浓度低,氨氮、硝态氮、总氮浓度高,BOD5/COD低于0.3,C/N低于1.3,属于低C/N难生物降解废水。现应用生态-A/O生物接触氧化复合系统对该尾水进行中试规模强化生物深度处理。经研究表明,C/N为2.0,HRT为12.4 h是反应系统最佳操作参数,此条件下系统运行60 d后,COD、氨氮、总氮去除率分别为82.7%、84.3%、65.9%,当中COD、总氮去除率比现有实际深度处理工程出水分别高10%、45%左右,反应系统水生植物茎叶葱绿,植物根系和生物填料微生物挂膜情况良好,微生物量较大。
