Abstract:
The steel pickling waste liquor was simulated by using ferrous sulfate and sulfuric acid as raw materials and adding a certain amount of glycerin,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and ammonium sulfate as well. Then the polyferric sulfate products were obtained by oxidative polymerization of sodium chlorate and the prepared waste liquor. At last,the obtained products with the normal dosage(0.05%-0.2%) were added to the mixed wastewater treatment experiment. The test results were compared with DB 32/1072-2018 Discharge Limits of Main Water Pollutants In Taihu Lake Region Urban Sewage Treatment Plants and Key Industry Sectors. It is suggested that the indexes of steel pickling waste liquid are as follows,COD should be less than 50 000 mg/L,TP should be less than 650 mg/L, and ammonia nitrogen should be less than 400 mg/L.

摘要: 以硫酸亚铁、硫酸为原料,添加一定量的丙三醇、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸铵,模拟钢铁酸洗废液,并用氯酸钠进行氧化聚合制备聚合硫酸铁。利用制备的各聚合硫酸铁产品按照常规投加量(0.05%~0.2%)投加到混合污水进行处理试验,结合试验结果并参照DB 32/1072—2018《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》,建议钢铁酸洗废液控制污染物指标为COD≤50 000 mg/L、TP≤650 mg/L、氨氮≤400 mg/L。
