Abstract:
A pilot-scale application of high-efficiency fiber bundle filter was carried out for advanced wastewater treatment in a municipal sewage treatment plant. The removal efficiency and effluent concentrations were monitored under three conditions, i.e., direct filtration by fiber bundle filter, filtration with polyaluminium chloride addition by fiber bundle filter, and filtration with polyaluminium chloride as well as sodium acetate by fiber bundle filter. The results showed that the fiber bundle filter was effective for sewage treatment with both polyaluminium chloride and sodium acetate added. The average removal efficiencies of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solid were 18.2%, 40.2% and 55.5%, and their concentrations in the effluent were 12.3 mg/L, 0.38 mg/L and 7 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality met the first-class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).

利用高效纤维束滤池对市政污水厂尾水进行深度处理的中试研究,通过直接过滤、投加聚合氯化铝+过滤以及投加聚合氯化铝和乙酸钠+过滤试验,对三种模式污染物去除率、滤后出水水质进行对比分析。结果表明,在投加聚合氯化铝和乙酸钠时,高效纤维束滤池处理污水效果显著,总氮、总磷、悬浮固体平均去除率分别为18.2%、40.2%、55.5%,出水质量浓度分别为12.3、0.38、7 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A标准。
