Abstract:

The development of green, energy-saving, environment-friendly and safe key technology for wastewater treatment and reuse in offshore low-permeability oilfield with membrane technology was of great significance for improving the level of oil production technology in China. The designed and developed process technology was mainly composed of sedimentation, hydrocyclone, air flotation, medium filter and inorganic ultrafiltration membrane filtration, and the produced-water quality of the system met the requirements of A2 grade and even higher in SY/T 5329-2012 standard. The practical application showed that the oil content, the suspended solid and the median particle size of the production water reached 5 mg/L, 1 mg/L, and 1 μm, respectively.

摘要:

以膜技术为核心的绿色、节能、环保、安全的海上低渗油田污水处理回用关键工艺技术的开发,对提升我国采油技术水平具有重要意义。设计开发的由沉降、水力旋流、气浮、介质滤器及无机超滤膜过滤等工序耦合的工艺技术,其产水水质满足SY/T 5329—2012中A2及以上要求。实际应用表明,工艺产水的油质量浓度可达5 mg/L,悬浮固体为1 mg/L,粒径中值为1 μm。
