组合工艺处理涂装废水及其运行调控分析

Abstract:

A combination process of classified pretreatment and hydrolysis acidification+aerobic biochemistry +coagulation sedimentation was adopted to treat the painting wastewater of an electric vehicle factory comprehensively, and the effluent of which met the discharge standard. The classified physicochemical pretreatment can effectively remove the specific pollutants in the wastewater and solve the problem that the water quality of wastewater produced by different processes is quite different. Mixing the pre-treated wastewater with domestic sewage and through the process of hydrolysis acidification can effectively improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, so as to realize the subsequent biochemical treatment. The combined process is stable and reliable with low cost, and the direct treatment cost is 2.45 yuan/t.

摘要:

采取分类预处理及水解酸化+好氧生化+混凝沉淀的组合工艺对某电动车厂涂装废水进行综合处理,出水可实现达标排放。分类物化预处理可有效去除废水中特定污染物,并解决不同工艺所产生废水水质差别较大的问题。将预处理后废水与生活污水混合并经过水解酸化过程,可有效提高废水可生化性,从而实现后续的生化处理。该组合工艺稳定可靠,成本低廉,直接处理费用为2.45元/t。
