Abstract:
The high salinity wastewater discharged from a chemical enterprise was treated by electrodialysis and reverse osmosis coupling technology. The effects of electrodialysis voltage, make-up water flow and reverse osmosis recovery rate on the treatment results of high salt wastewater were investigated. The results showed that concentrated brine with TDS of 185.32 g/L and fresh water with TDS of 10 mg/L without TOC could be obtained from the treated high salinity wastewater, which could be reused in chlor alkali industry and reclaimed water system respectively.

摘要:
以某化工企业排放的高盐废水为目标,通过电渗析与反渗透耦合技术处理高盐废水,考察电渗析电压、补水流量及反渗透回收率对高盐废水处理结果的影响。结果表明,处理后的高盐废水可得到TDS为185.32 g/L的浓缩盐水和TDS为10 mg/L且不含TOC的淡水,分别回用于氯碱工业和中水系统。
