There are many kinds of pollutants (pH 2 ~ 3, containing floride 60 mg/L,total phosphorous 40 mg/L, NH3 - N 40 mg/L and SS 130 mg/L, etc) in acidic the phosphoric amine-containg wastewater. The requirements of the treated effluent are as follows: F 10 mg/L,TP 0.5 mg/L, NH3 - N 15 mg/L,pH 6 ~ 9. On the basis of the features of the wastewater, lime hydrolytic acidification is firstly adopted in order to remove NH3 - N and phosphorus. Then flocculation and flotation is used to treat SS and part of COD. Finally activated-Al2O3 is added to the wastewater, to absorb most of the remained pollutants. The quality of effluent is conform to the requirements. Through economic analysis of its investment, the total cost is about 4.831 million yuan, it takes 0.67 yuan/m3 on the wastewater treatment. We can draw such a conclusion that the design is feasible and economically reasonable.
