含羟基聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物的缓蚀性及生物降解性研究

Corrosion inhibition capacity and biodegradability of polyaspartic acid graft copolymers containing hydroxyl

摘要:

以聚琥珀酰亚胺和2-氨基乙醇为原料,合成了含不同比例羟基的聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物。采用旋转挂片失重法和微生物摇床试验法对共聚物的缓蚀性能和生物降解性能进行了研究。结果表明,含羟基聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物具有较好的缓蚀性能,且随着羟基比例的增加缓蚀性能提高,但生物降解性有所下降。

Abstract:

Polyaspartic acid graft copolymers containing different proportion hydroxyl have been synthesized from polysuccinimide and 2-aminoethanol. The corrosion inhibition capacity and biodegradability of the graft copolymers are studied by rotation specimen weight-losing method and shaking-bottle incubating test. The results show that the corrosion inhibition capacity of the polyaspartic acid graft copolymers containing hydroxyl gets higher with the increasing proportion of hydroxyl,but the biodegradability is reduced.
