无磷无氮型阻垢剂PESA-g-PAA/AHPS阻垢缓蚀性能

Research on the scale and corrosion inhibition performance of PESA-g-PAA/AHPS as a biodegradable stabilizer without phosphorus and nitrogen

摘要:

研究了聚环氧琥珀酸接枝聚丙烯酸/烯丙氧基羟丙基磺酸钠(PESA-g-PAA/AHPS)对CaCO3、CaSO4、Ca3(PO42的静态阻垢性能、稳定锌盐性能、缓蚀性能和生物降解性能。结果表明,投加量为10 mg/L时,PESA-g-PAA/AHPS对CaCO3和CaSO4的阻垢率分别达到99.6%、99.8%;投加量为50 mg/L时,PESA-g-PAA/AHPS对Ca3(PO42的阻垢率、锌盐稳定率、Q235碳钢的缓蚀率分别为93.7%、91.1%、66.2%,性能较未改性的PESA大幅提高。PESA-g-PAA/AHPS保持了PESA的可生物降解性,28 d的生物降解率达到71.6%。PESA-g-PAA/AHPS是一种综合性能良好的绿色阻垢剂。

Abstract:

The static scale inhibition performance against CaCO3, CaSO4, and Ca3(PO4)2 scale, and zinc salt stabilization, corrosion inhibition and biodegradability of PESA-g-PAA/AHPS were researched. The results showed that, the CaCO3 and CaSO4 scale inhibition rate of PESA-g-PAA/AHPS reaches 99.6% and 99.8% respectively at the dosage of 10 mg/L. The Ca3(PO4)2 scale inhibition rate, the zinc salt stabilization rate and the corrosion inhibition rate of PESA-g-PAA/AHPS reach 93.7%, 91.1%, and 66.2% respectively at the dosage of 50 mg/L. The performance of PESA-g-PAA/AHPS was much better than that of unmodified PESA. PESA-g-PAA/AHPS maintained its biodegradability similar to PESA, with the biodegradation rate of 71.6% at 28 days. PESA-g-PAA/AHPS is a green scale inhibitor with good comprehensive properties.
