IA-MA-AMPS共聚物的微波合成及其阻垢缓蚀研究

Microwave synthesis IA-MA-AMPS copolymer and its scale and corrosion inhibition

摘要:

以衣康酸(IA)、马来酸(MA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,采用微波辐射法合成了三元共聚物IA-MA-AMPS。考察了单体物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间以及引发剂投加量对阻垢性能和缓蚀性能的影响。其最佳合成条件:n(IA):n(MA):n(AMPS)=1:1:1,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为40 min,引发剂投加量为单体总质量的5%。利用静态阻垢法和电化学方法测定了其阻垢性能和缓蚀性能,结果表明,当IA-MA-AMPS投加量为50 mg/L时,其阻垢率和缓蚀率分别为94.56%和91.56%,说明IA-MA-AMPS是一种较为优异的阻垢剂和缓蚀剂。

Abstract:

The terpolymer IA-MA-AMPS was synthesized by the method of microwave irradiation with itaconic acid (IA), maleic acid(MA) and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS). The synthesis conditions such as monomer molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and initiator dosage are explored. The optimal conditions are as follows:n(IA):n(MA):n(AMPS)=1:1:1, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 40 min, initiator dosage is 5% of monomer mass fraction. The scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition properties of the prepared material was investigated by static scale inhibition and electrochemical methods. The results showed that under the dosage 50 mg/L, the scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition rates were 94.56% and 91.56%, indicating the polymer IA-MA-AMPS is an excellent scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor.
