摘要:

染料广泛应用于纺织印染、造纸印刷等行业,其产生的废水严重污染了环境。近年来,利用微生物对染料进行脱色降解的研究报道很多,包括细菌、真菌、藻类等。主要论述了染料微生物降解研究的一系列方法,包括染料降解微生物的获取方法、染料微生物降解机理和代谢途径研究方法和酶学研究方法,为以后运用微生物对染料废水进行脱色处理和降解研究提供参考和依据。

Abstract:

Dye is widely used in textile dyeing, paper printing and other industries and the wastewater produced causes serious environmental pollution. In recent years, there have been a great number of research reports on the decolorization and degradation of dye wastewater by micro-organisms, including bacteria, fungi, algae, etc. A series of methods for the research on microbial degradation of dye are discussed mainly, including the research methods for its obtaining method, degradation mechanism, metabolism pathway, and emzymology. It provides some reference and bases for the research on decolorization treatment and degradation of dye wastewater.
