垃圾渗滤液短程硝化反硝化脱氮工艺的研究

Research on the shortcut nitrification denitrification nitrogen removing process for landfill leachate

摘要:

采用A/O-MBR工艺对填埋场垃圾渗滤液进行了短程硝化反硝化脱氮研究。实验结果表明:系统驯化后稳定运行,COD去除率达到80%以上,NH4+-N、TN的平均去除率分别达到99.2%、92.2%;O与O池中NO2--N平均积累率分别达到91.7%、95.6%,表明系统主要的脱氮方式为短程硝化反硝化;过高或过低的DO都会影响NO2--N积累,硝化过程中的最佳DO为0.7~0.9 mg/L。PCR技术分析表明,A池中的优势菌种是反硝化细菌,占有率为70%;O池中的优势菌种是AOB,占有率为67%。

Abstract:

A/O-MBR process has been used in the research on shortcut nitrification denitrification nitrogen removing process for landfill leachate.The experimental result indicates that the system runs stably after acclimation,COD removing rate reaches more than 80%,average removing rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen reach 99.2% and 92.2%,respectively,average NO2--N in O and O pools accumulation rates reach 91.7% and 95.6%,respectively.It shows that the main method for nitrogen removal is shortcut nitrification and denitrification.Dissolved oxygen (DO) too high or too low would affect the accumulation of NO2--N.The best dissolved oxygen (DO) in nitrification process is 0.7-0.9 mg/L.PCR technical analysis shows that the superior strains in pool A are denitrification bacteria (occupancy 70%) and the superior strains in pool O are ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB)(occupancy 67%).
