沼液短程硝化出水预处理强化剩余污泥发酵的研究

Enhancement of residual sludge fermentation by short-cut nitration effluent of biogas slurry pretreatment

摘要:

厌氧消化是剩余污泥减量化的一种重要方法,游离亚硝酸(FNA)预处理剩余污泥可改善其水解效果、增加产酸量和提高污泥减量化程度。采用污泥消化液(沼液)短程硝化出水作为FNA来源,考察沼液短程硝化出水预处理强化污泥解体和对剩余污泥发酵性能的影响。结果表明,沼液经过短程硝化处理后,亚硝态氮质量浓度可达1 224 mg/L,分别采用200、300、400、500、600 mg/L亚硝态氮(对应FNA质量浓度分别为4.88、7.35、9.62、11.9、14.35 mg/L,以N计)处理剩余污泥,剩余污泥的SCOD、VS、厌氧发酵过程中产气量以及发酵气体中甲烷的含量均随着FNA浓度的增加呈先增加后减少趋势。FNA预处理可使剩余污泥发酵系统SCOD最高增加2.1倍,污泥中VS产量可提高11%,厌氧发酵产气量提高2.1~7.2倍,发酵气体甲烷含量也有显著提高,对于污水处理厂沼液资源化利用和剩余污泥的减量化处理具有指导意义。

Abstract:

Anaerobic digestion is an important method for the reduction of residual sludge. Free nitrous acid (FNA) pretreatment of residual sludge can improve the hydrolysis effect,increase the acid production and increase the reduction degree of sludge. The biogas slurry short-cut nitrification effluent was used as the source of FNA,its effect on the enhancement of sludge disaggregation and the fermentation performance of residual sludge were investigated. The results showed that the nitrite nitrogen concentration of sludge digester could reach 1 224 mg/L after short-cut nitrification. Different concentrations of nitrite(200,300,400,500,600 mg/L,corresponding FNA mass concentrations were 4.88,7.35,9.62,11.90,14.35 mg/L,calculated by nitrogen respectively)were used to treat residual sludge. The SCOD,VS of sludge,gas production during anaerobic fermentation and methane content in fermentation gas all increased first and then decreased with the increase of FNA concentration. FNA pretreatment could increase SCOD of residual sludge fermentation system by up to 2.1 times,VS production in sludge by up to 11%,anaerobic fermentation gas production by 2.1-7.2 times,and fermentation gas methane content. It is of guiding significance for the utilization of biogas slurry and the reduction and treatment of surplus sludge in sewage treatment plants.
