离子色谱法同时检测工业废水中的多种芳香酸

Simultaneous determination of aromatic acids in industrial wastewater by suppressed ion chromatography

摘要:

采用抑制电导离子色谱方法,同时测定了工业废水中苯甲酸、对苯二甲酸、对甲基苯甲酸、苯磺酸、对甲基苯磺酸5种芳香酸。工业废水稀释一定倍数后,经0.22 μm的过滤头和RP前处理柱处理后进行离子色谱分析。使用阴离子交换色谱分离,抑制器电导检测模式。5种芳香酸在3~40 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性,检出限低,加标回收率范围合理、操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好、无污染,应用于工业废水中芳香酸污染物的监测,结果令人满意。

Abstract:

The method for the simultaneous determination of five kinds of aromatic acids, including benzoic acid, p-phthalic acid, p-toluic acid, benzenesulfonic acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid, in industrial wastewater by suppressed conductivity ion chromatography has been developed.Ion chromatographic analysis is accomplished after the indu-strial wastewater is diluted by certain multiples, and treated via a 0.22 μm nylon filter tip, and RP OnGuard column.The anion-exchange chromatography separation, and suppressor conductivity detecting mode are used.The five kinds of aromatic acids in the range of 3-40 mg/L show good linearity, low detection limit, reasonable range of tagged recovery rate, simple operation, high sensibility, good repeatability and no pollution.The results show that its applica-tion to the detection of aromatic acid pollutants in industrial wastewater are satisfactory.
