含聚产出水处理生成黏性絮体的影响因素及机理

Influencing factors and mechanism of viscous flocs produced by polymer-bearing wastewater treatment

摘要:

设计了一种简易斜板除油器,对采用有机阳离子清水剂处理含油产出水的絮凝过程进行动态模拟,考察了不同因素对黏性絮体产生的影响,分析了絮体形成机理。结果表明:产出水中HPAM含量越多、HPAM分子质量越大、固悬物浓度越大、固悬物粒径越小、含油量越大,黏性絮体的生成量越大;HPAM和固悬物会发生协同作用,黏性絮体的生成量会急剧增大。黏性絮体的生成与HPAM和有机阳离子型清水剂之间的静电作用有关。

Abstract:

A simple swash plate oil remover was designed to simulate the flocculation process during the treatment of oil-contaminated wastewater. The effects of different factors on the amount of viscous flocs production were investigated and the formation mechanism of viscous flocs was analyzed. The results show that the more HPAM content in the wastewater, the larger the molecular weight of HPAM, the larger of the suspension concentration, the smaller the particle size of the suspension, the larger the oil content, and the larger the amount of viscous flocs production. When HPAM and the suspension are simultaneously present, the synergy between them will sharply increase the amount of viscous flocs production. The formation of viscous flocs was related to the electrostatic interaction between HPAM and organic cationic water clarifier.
