强界面活性聚季铵盐清水剂的合成及性能评价

Synthesis and property evaluation of the polyquaternary ammonium salts water clarifier having strong interfacial activity

摘要: 以FeSO4·7H2O和FeCl3·6H2O为原料合成纳米级Fe3O4,再依次与硅酸钠、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷进行包覆,合成纳米磁性氧化铁即Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2,最后通过聚季铵盐与纳米Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2进行化学反应包覆负载,合成强界面活性磁性聚季铵盐清水剂,并用于处理油田含聚污水,结果表明,在pH=7,温度为60℃,停留时间10 min,强界面活性聚季铵盐清水剂投加质量浓度为250 mg/L的条件下,含聚污水的除油率为90%,处理后含油悬浮物凝结上浮速度快。

Abstract: FeSO4·7H2O and FeCl3·6H2O as raw materials has been used for the synthesis of nano-scale Fe3O4 and then coated with sodium silicate and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in sequence,to synthesize nano-magnetic ferric oxide,i.e. nano-Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2. Finally,through the implementation of chemical reaction coating loading with poly-amine salts and nano-Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2, the polyquaternium ammonium salts water clarifier having strong interfacial activity and magnetism could be synthesized,and applied to the treatment of polymer-bearing wastewater in oilfield. The results show that the oil removing rate from polymer-bearing wastewater reaches 90%,when the pH=7,tempera-ture 60℃,residence time 10 min and mass concentration of dosed strong interfacial polyquaternary ammonium salt water clarifier 250 mg/L. The velocity of the condensation and upward floating of the treated oil-bearing suspended substances is fast.
