胺化改性磁性O-羧甲基壳聚糖吸附Co(Ⅱ)的研究

摘要:

采用乳化交联法制备磁性O-羧甲基壳聚糖(MOCMC)后,利用三乙烯四胺(TETA)对其进行胺化改性,制备胺化改性MOCMC吸附剂。考察不同制备条件对胺化改性MOCMC吸附性能的影响,探讨胺化改性MOCMC吸附模拟含Co(Ⅱ)废水的最佳条件,并研究其吸附动力学、等温吸附模型与再生性。结果表明,胺化改性MOCMC的最佳合成条件为MOCMC与TETA的用量比为1∶3(质量比)、反应温度为120 ℃、反应时间为6 h。室温下,0.10 g胺化改性MOCMC对100 mL 50 mg/L的Co(Ⅱ)溶液(pH=6)的吸附在120 min后达到平衡,剩余Co(Ⅱ)浓度低于《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467—2010)的规定限度。拟二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型可描述该吸附行为。在循环使用6次后,该吸附剂的吸附量仅下降7.07%,具有良好的再生性。因此,胺化改性MOCMC适用于含Co(Ⅱ)污水的处理。

Abstract:

The magnetic O-carboxymethyl chitosan(MOCMC) was prepared by emulsion crosslink method,then it was aminating modified by triethylene tetramine(TETA),to prepared aminated MOCMC adsorbent. The effects of different preparation conditions on adsorption performance of aminated MOCMC were investigated. The optimum conditions for adsorbing simulated wastewater containing Co(Ⅱ) by aminated MOCMC were discussed. Meanwhile,the adsorption kinetics,adsorption isotherm model and regeneration performance were discussed. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:m(MOCMC)∶m(TETA)=1∶3,reaction temperature of 120 ℃,and reaction time of 6 h. The adsorption equilibrium could be reached at room temperature after 120 min,and residual concentration of Co(Ⅱ) in solution satisfied limit requirement of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Copper,Nickel,Cobalt Industry (GB 25467—2010) under the following conditions:adsorbent dosage of 0.10 g,pH of 6,initial mass concentration and volume of Co(Ⅱ) of 50 mg/L and 100 mL,respectively. The adsorption behavior of Co(Ⅱ) by aminated MOCMC could be described using pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isotherm model. After recycling for six times,the adsorption capacity of Co(Ⅱ) of aminated MOCMC merely decreased 7.07%,indicating it had excellent regeneration performance. Therefore, it could be suited to treat wastewater containing Co(Ⅱ).
