摘要:
某蒽醌生产企业污水处理项目采用混凝-生化-Fenton处理工艺流程,设计处理量为100 m3/d,实际系统运行不稳定,出水达不到园区排放要求。研究了酸析-混凝沉淀-离心-Fenton-絮凝组合预处理工艺,通过考察pH、药剂投加量、反应时间对COD、TDS去除率等的影响,来确定该工艺的稳定性和可靠性。结果表明,通过该工艺预处理后,COD、TDS去除率可分别达到55%、67%,B/C由0.04增加到0.51,显著提高了可生化性,更加利于后续的生化运行。

Abstract:
The wastewater treatment project of an anthraquinone production enterprise used the of coagulation-biochemical-Fenton treatment process, and the designed treatment capacity was 100 m3/d. However, the operation of the system was unstable, and the effluent failed to meet the discharge requirements of the park. The pretreatment method of acid precipitation-coagulation sedimentation-centrifugation-Fenton-flocculation treatment was studied. The effects of pH, dosage of reagents, reaction time, etc. on the removal rate of COD and TDS were used to determine the stability and reliability of the process. The results showed that through pretreatment, the COD and TDS removal rates could reach 55% and 67%, respectively. After pretreatment, BOD5 to COD(B/C) increased from 0.04 to 0.51, which significantly improved biodegradability and was more conducive to subsequent biochemical operations.
