负压气提在高含硫气田采出水脱硫处理中的应用

Application of negative gas stripping in removing sulfide of produced water in high sulfur gas field

摘要:

目前,国内已建高含硫气田均采用“正压气提+密闭氧化除硫”工艺去除气田采出水中的硫化物。该工艺应用过程中由于正压气提对气田采出水中硫化物的去除率低,从而造成吨水处理成本高。为降低处理成本,开展了负压气提工艺现场中试研究,确定了进水pH、气水比、塔内工作压力等最佳工艺参数,出水硫化物去除率达到99%。对YB29污水站进行负压气提工艺改造,整体运行数据与中试试验基本吻合,吨水处理费用降低至56元。

Abstract:

At present, the process of positive gas stripping+closed oxidation desulfurization has been used to remove the sulfide from the produced water of the gas field in the high sulfur gas fields built in China. In the process of application, the sulfur removal rate of the produced water from the gas field is low due to the positive gas stripping, which results in the high cost of water treatment per ton. In order to reduce the treatment cost, the negative gas stripping process was used to carry out the field pilot study, and the optimum process parameters such as inlet pH, gas-water ratio and working pressure in the tower were determined to achieve the removal rate of effluent sulfide up to 99%. The negative gas stripping process was reformed for YB29 produced water treatment station. The overall operation data was basically consistent with the pilot test, and the water treatment cost per ton was reduced to 56 yuan.
