摘要:

雄安新区某污水处理厂提标改造工程,要求出水水质由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准提升至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅳ类水质标准,其中出水TN≤10 mg/L。该工程通过将污水厂原有的悬链式曝气+A2/O工艺改造为BioDopp工艺,最终实现污水厂出水COD、氨氮、TN、TP等各项水质指标达到当地规定的准Ⅳ类水质标准。该工程采用内部改造的方式,不仅节约用地、节省造价,且出水TN稳定<10 mg/L,可为同类型用地紧张污水厂提标改造工程提供方案借鉴。

Abstract:

The effluent quality standard is required to raise from class A water quality standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wasterwater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002)to class Ⅳ standard in the Environment Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002)for a sewage treatment plant in Xiong’an New District,in which the effluent TN is required to be less than 10 mg/L. The project transformed the original catenary aeration A2/O process into a BioDopp process,and finally realized that the effluent COD,NH4 +-N,TN,TP and other water quality indexes reached the local standard of class Ⅳ water quality. This project adopted the method of internal transformation,which not only saved land and cost,but also the effluent TN was stable less than 10 mg/L. This project provided a reference for the upgrading project of the same type of intensive sewage plant.
