催化臭氧氧化印染工业园尾水提标处理研究

Catalytic ozonation tail water treatment of printing and dyeing industrial park to meet the upgrading emission standard

摘要:

以活性炭为载体,铁、锰为活性物质,采用浸渍-焙烧法制备复合催化剂,处理模拟废水和实际废水。结果表明,催化剂能显著促进臭氧分解产生羟基自由基。当pH为8.5、催化剂为1 g/L、臭氧为50 mg/L时,催化剂对亚甲基蓝的处理效果最佳,能氧化印染工业园尾水中的难降解有机物,使出水COD < 60 mg/L。

Abstract:

Using activated carbon as the carrier, iron and manganese as active substances, the composite catalyst was prepared by the impregnation-calcination method to treat simulated wastewater and actual wastewater. The results showed that the decomposition of ozone was significantly promoted to generate hydroxyl radicals by the catalyst. With the condition of pH 8.5, the dosage of catalyst 1 g/L, and the ozone concentration 50 mg/L, the treatment effect of the methylene blue was the best. The refractory organic matters in tail water of printing and dyeing industrial park can be effectively oxidized by catalytic ozonation and the effluent COD below 60 mg/L.
