摘要：
对含磷酸盐共聚物的全有机缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀阻垢性能进行了研究，并成功地应用于高碱度负硬水的冷却水系统，取得令人满意的结果。

Abstract:
To contain the whole organic phosphate copolymer scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor performance of scale and corrosion inhibitor was studied, and successfully applied to the high basicity of negative hard water cooling water system, achieved satisfactory results.
