改性木质素磺酸盐处理含镉废水的研究

Study on the treatment of cadmium-containing wastewater with modified lignosulfonate

摘要:

用自制的改性木质素磺酸盐处理电镀含镉废水,实验表明:在室温条件下,单体用量为1.5mol/L,反应48h时,可得到相对分子质量较大、絮凝效果较好的改性木质素磺酸盐。当pH控制在7,改性木质素磺酸盐用量80mg/L,絮凝60min,室温条件下,可使含镉废水中Cd2+的去除率达到99%以上。

Abstract:

The cadmium-containing wastewater in electroplating has been treated by flocculation with a kind ofhome-made flocculant.The results show that the modified lignosulfonate having bigger molecular and better flocculationeffect can be obtained,when the monomer dosage is 1.5 mol/L and reaction time is 48 h,at room temperature.Using the modified lignosulfonate for treating cadmium-containing wastewater,when its pH is 7,dosage of modified lignosulfonate 80 mg/L,flocculation time 60 min and at room temperature,the removal ratesof Cd2+ from cadmium-containing wastewater reaches more than 99%.
