响应面法优化改性咪唑啉磺酸盐季铵化反应条件

Optimization of the quaternary ammonium reaction conditions of modified imidazoline sulfonate by response surface method

摘要:

以油酸咪唑啉中间体为原料,以2-溴乙基磺酸钠为季铵化试剂制备了咪唑啉磺酸盐。采用单因素分析和响应面法优化了咪唑啉磺酸盐季铵化反应条件,用扫描电镜和X能谱仪分析了N80表面形貌及腐蚀产物元素。结果表明,在响应面法确定的最优咪唑啉磺酸盐季铵化反应条件下,合成的咪唑啉磺酸盐实测的缓蚀率与预测结果非常接近,说明预测模型准确可靠;以咪唑啉磺酸盐为主剂的IM-S缓蚀剂能够有效地抑制CO2腐蚀介质对N80钢片的腐蚀。

Abstract:

Imidazoline oleate intermediate used as raw material and sodium 2-bromoethyl sulfonate as quaternization reagent, imidazoline sulfonate was synthesized. The reaction conditions of imidazoline sulfonate quaternary ammonium were optimized by single factor analysis and response surface method, the surface morphology and corrosion product elements of N80 were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray spectrometer. The results showed that the corrosion inhibition rate measured by synthetic imidazoline sulfonate was very close to the predicted results under the optimal quaternary ammonium reaction of imidazoline sulfonate determined by response surface method, which indicated that the prediction model was accurate and reliable. It was concluded that the IM-S corrosion inhibitor with imidazoline sulfonate as the main agent could effectively inhibit the corrosion of N80 steel by CO2 corrosion medium.
