强化UASB处理效率的研究

摘要: 针对UASB技术在国内应用不够理想的现状,结合国内外应用的成功经验,通过采取控制进水水质、进行预酸化水解、优化进水布水器和三相分离器、利用高效厌氧发酵菌团颗粒污泥、设置反应器内部循环流、以及与好氧工艺结合处理等措施,系统地分析了造成该技术处理效率低下的原因及其强化办法,并通过工程实例验证:经强化处理后,其负荷率可稳定的达到10~15kgCOD/(m3·d),处理效率高达95%以上。

Abstract: By analyzing the unsuccessful engineering applications at home and abroad, the measures to improve the efficiency of UASB reactor are systematically explained in this paper.Based on the mechanism of anaerobe treatment and the degradation process of organic pollutant,the improving methods are as following: adjusting and controlling feeding wasterwater quality,pre-acidation of pollutant,optimizing the structure of feeding diffuser and 3-phase seperater,cultivating and maintaining the granular sludge in the reactor which is a kind of efficient bacteria, setting cycling flow in UASB reactor, and combining with aerotive treatment.Also,a sample project with satisfied result is introduced in which the CODCr loading is steady between 10~15 kg/m3·d, and the efficiency is up to 95% or more.
